I just heard on the news, 2005 is the highest acheiving year group ever, with far more than usual band 5 & 6!!

yeah, if we're all smarter, then our uai's won't be as high.

well neway, its only 0.3%, so no diff.

Perhaps this might have something to do with the system "dumbing-down", I heard something about that earlier this year

There tends to be more B6s and B5s with each sucessive year as course and syllabus outcomes become more familiar to both teachers and students. And yes, this does mean that your B6s and B5s are comparatively worth less. So sucked in.

Hi,
If everyones in the same boat it won't affect our uai's. A uai is just a ranking of where you come in everyone that did the hsc so it won't have that much bearing because everyone is in the same situation.

yeh exactly what i was thinking. we are being compared to each other so this shouldnt be a problem...
