not necessarily. people require various amounts of study to grasp concepts and learn information.

some people can require less study to get good marks, and hence still have time to post on bos.

Just saying, last year the people who got it weren't regulars. But year before that dp624 got it, I thought he used the site a lot.

tbh no one really stands out. Best bet is one of the rusers (nutcraker, x jim or duckcowhybrid).
Studyfreak used BoS frequently, and he got 99.95, IIRC also kamal was sorta active

well, thanks for the votes of confidence (maplestory, FCB, ninety and twistedrebel) but imho duckcowhybrid and nutcracker are more likely to get it than me. actually, I'd go for xV1P3R, seeing as he's also from ruse but I've only ever seen him post in the maths forums. or hao368, or i_suk, seeing as they're rarely on.

but mostly likely some obscure user who has been studying instead of procrastinating on bos like us haha
