Help with Turn it in.. (1 Viewer)

Hi.

I've been trying for a few days to figure this out, so if anybody can help it would be great.

For BAS, I need to print out the originality report of my final essay so its the final essay, with the bits highlighted in colour over the top.

However, I can't figure out how to do this. For every other assignment we were allowed to hand it in with the text only version in colour, but suddenly they said last week we can't do this anymore.

So if anybody knows a way to possibly fix this, it would be so helpful.



(Oh, I've tried downloading the report, but then it appears in black and white only and I'm fairly sure I wont be allowed to submit that...)

Have you tried printing directly from the site instead of downloading it and then printing it? And Turnitin is so irritating...

Yeah, If I just press ctrl+p it doesnt work

Isn't it just black and white ? :/ didn't know it had colours..

So it's meant to be black and white?

Because I could have sworn the one they showed me was in colour

Guise guise, basically this is the process.
So to OP and dear god I hope this post helps
1) you submit your report through turnitin.
2) press on the percentage and the originality report with all the different coloured highlighted bits should pop up (sorry if I was on a PC atm I would have added screen shots of what I mean)
3) download the report as a PDF. It'll still be in different colours.
4) press print cos that's the only way that you can print it. It won't let you rpint if you don't covert it to a PDF.
5) submit it with your assigbmnet, done
Note: if you print from library it will be black and white obviously but if you print from home, coloured prinyer then it should be fine.

I've been following these steps though, and when it downloads, everything BUT the UWS logo is black and white

I remember handing my essay in with the originality report and it was black and white :/

Best to go ask your coordinator or whoever about this, maybe they can help you.

I'm just doing it in black and white.

I've asked 4 or 5 other people and they said theirs comes up as back and white too, so, maybe my tutor is just nuts.


Thanks for your help anyway guys; It's always nice to not fail your first subject at uni. Haha
