hello - im doing a marketing report on QANTAS involving the marketing plan, critical analysis of their marketing and outlining the types of markets that QANTAS target.
now industrial, intermediate, resource were quite simple, and same with consumer market segmentation - but i am struggling to find information relevant to QANTAS in terms of mass and niche markets.
i have looked throught Broadbridge's case study and through many of the threads and cant find the information i need.
if anybody is able to help me with this it would be much appreciated.

Qantas Niche market is via their first-class services, which targets the niche market of wealthy international travellers who can afford the service. Another niche market could be the low-cost flyers "backpackers" who fly dirt cheap with Qantas Jetstar. The mass market is just the cheap flights by Jetstar etc as most ppl just want to get from place to place not to be pampered on the way.

You could also mention their new Jetstar company which is a low-cost airline that targets the mass market for people wanting cheap airfares as today cheap airfares are in high demand.

Why are people talking in this thread?
The OP had his answer already.
And he hasn't come back saying, "I still don't understand" or such.

Why did you say that,

you bumped up the thread for no apparent reason but to see your worthless, stupid opinion posted up on the thread.

For all you know, he could be reading this and be getting more ideas,

Go play your Poke'mon

You stupid fuck.
It was months ago. And i am intitled to ask a question.
I think its time you become a realist?
Or stay in your little 'hidey hole' cause no one wants to hear from you anyway.
