From a camcorder, say , Panasonic NV-MX3 ;

i want to capture a video from it and change it into a digital video.

I have a program which will let me do this , (Ulead VideoStudio 8), and capturing the video itself, hasnt been a problem. However, i want to put the time and date that is shown when you're recording, or replaying the video on the camcorder into this digital video as well.

Please help , two dogs are in risk of losing their home .

P.S ( sorry if this isn't really understandable, i'm having trouble putting it into words. But if you even have a vague idea of what i'm saying and are able to help , please do! )

it would be something on the camcorder side. is there some setting on the camcorder that you can turn on that puts the date there, then try capturing with that setting..

or if you know the time and date of the start of the video you can just fake it and add it on using some advanced video editing software (i can't help you with this tough.).
