hey guys i havent chosen my songs yet, ive got one - I get a kick out of you - Jamie Cullum on Bass (luv it) but yeah im a guitarist/bassist i like pretty much anything except playing classical stuff (not that good yet and not enuf time) PLS HELP ME!!

what about something that SOUNDS complex and fits a certain style, but is fairly basic.
Eg. a jazz song? Blue monk?
A blues where all you need is a walking bass line.

or go with an Australian song...jazz could b good 2do though....

Just play what you want to play.

Perhaps pick something you know so well that you can focus almost entirely on putting on a good show whilst still SOUNDING good.

I am doing that for one of my pieces.
