I dont think i'm gonna remember them all by tomorrow

Not all of them, but the most important ones, and YOU MUST know the dates bor ur articles.

I forgot some dates in the trials for my family essay but still got 23. I hate memorising dates

no they wont go, hey, they forgot a date here, minus one mark per date, it just shows u have less of an understanding then someone who remembers all their dates, u may lose one mark for ur whole essay cuz of lack of general understanding

uummm all the past hsc band5/6 responses managed to remember the dates so i just assume u should

my teacher implores us that we integrate at least 5 case laws in our essays...
so im just going off that i guess.

im actually really worried about law and society.... i havnt had time to study it too much...
