HELP creative writing pieces (1 Viewer)

heres a tip our teacher gave us which i thought was handy..
when you can pick up your pen.. write down the first idea that comes to your head under the plan then cross it out.. because often the first thing that comes to mind is cliched and overused

But hang on

if they let you choose out of 3 graphics

and say choose one and write a creative writing piece
then can you really pre-write anything for it/

because really , your pre-written thing might have no correlation with the graphic


unless you make the graphic just a photo your characters were looking at and has no relevance to your story
which im guessing will get you a nice big 0
