Hi everyone, this little forum doesn't look very active.

Anyway I am considering Deakin university (I'm in year 12 now).

Pros/cons? Yes/no? Tell me what you think...

I'm strongly considering Deakin too for next year... what course did you end up doing?
Anyways, the pros and cons for me are...:

Con- it's so far away,
Pro- it's the only University in Vic, aside from La Trobe that does the Midwifery/Nursing double degree.

I'm pretty sure monash does it too...but don't know if they still offer it

i know monash does midwifery at peninsula.. which is over an hour from my house... im not sure of the double degree though...

i'm going to the deakin information evening next tuesday night for nursing.. is anyone else going?
