i have to do a first hand investiagtion on identifying and describing the effect on antifreeze (ethylene glycol) on boiling point of water?

can anyone help me out? >___<"

i also need background info on
- the structure and bonding in ethylene glycol
- changes that occur when a soluble molecular compound interacts with water
- the relationship between the solubility of substances in water and the polar nature of the water molecue ..

please please >.<" desperately need help

If you have a chemistry prelim textbook there should be something on the effects of antifreeze in the water module.

according to what i did in term 2 ... anti-boil coolant (which is just an ethylene glycol based product used in car cooling systems) it both increases the boiling point of water and lowers the freezing point of the mixture...
which is also what salt does...
