having trouble with eStudent (1 Viewer)

I am trying to access my Statement of outstanding Fees, and havent been able to do so.

When I click the link in Firefox, nothing really happens, and i suspect its the popup blocker (it says to hold ctrl if the window doesnt show, tried this, and a new tab loads, but is blank).

Then I tried in IE, the window opens with the account, but an error message comes up "Runtime Error", I click OK, and everything closes....gahhh

Ive been trying to get on since yesterday evening, coz i need to pay my fees, anyone have any ideas on how i can get around this.

Your best bet is to do what i did.. go 2 your orientation day and go to the IT help area theyll fix it up in no time.
