WORKINGS OF A BLONDIE!

1) SOLVE for y:
1/n sin x = y

(cancel n's)
y = 1/ si x
y = 1/6

2) FIND x:
y = 1/2 cos x. tan45

y = 1/2 cos x. tan45
- duh, right here!

Sad huh?!
But my maths class did get light comic relief from a poster of these done by our maths teacher of a girl in his gen. maths yr 10 class.
Yeah, there were more but they was drawings and stuff so can't bore u too much!

Anyways, anyone find it really lame when maths teachers try to crack a joke?
( No offense Mr Owen!)

Surprisingly mine almost never jokes, but when he does joke, they can be quite lame which causes some giggles and short bursts of laughter in the classroom.

thats not as bad as this, the question was:

1. Find the derivative of ln(x)

This guy's answer:

Assume x = 1
Therefore d(ln(1)/dx = 0

A mathematician, a programmer and a statistician are hunting deer. The mathematician takes the first shot but aims too high, the programmer takes the second shot but hits the ground sever feet before it, and at this moment the statistician jumps up yells: "We Got Him"!

Also quite funny: How to prove that all odd numbers are prime.

Last time mine made a joke, it involved one of the faculty members being called a "starfish".
