Hospitality Trial Exam 08:
section#ONE: 15 multiple choice - related to Core Units.
section#TWO: 5 short answers - Core Units extended response.
section#THREE: extended response on; Commercial Cookery Food & Beverage or Accomodation Services.

* If you're doing Commercial Cookery for the last question, you have to know Methods of Cookery, Organise and Prepare Food, Implement Food Safety, Present Food.

My teacher wrote two Hospitality Textbooks for Core Units and Commercial Cookery and she said that if you know your syllabus well enough you'll walk in the exam with 60marks straight.

Study Hard & Goodluck!

hey thanks heaps

wouldnt happen to know where we can just get the summerised version of the syllabus (if you know what i mean) cos we never got one from the teacher and the board of studies one is like 50 pages long

we only got textbooks today believe it or not - well me and my mate did anyway

this may seem like a stupid question, but what are the core units - are they like healh, safety and security procedures, workplace hygiene procedures etc??

(our teacher doesnt teach us that well + we only have one lesson a week with 1 hour MAX of theory)
