As far as I know loads of people are doing 3u Eng & maths and all three sciences. So it's definitely manageable

Does anyone here do the most hardcore subjects possible in year 11?
Including the following:

-ext.1 eng
-ext.1 math
-chemistry
-physics
-biology(sorta hardcore, not really though)

tell me wot its like plz, or i might just change some of my subject selections for next year

I'll be doing the subjects exactly the same as you so i guess we're pretty both hardcore.

I, personally, could not think of a worse subject combo. All that maths and science? Disgusting. 3u English is the one thing I can agree with you on, though.

i love extension english.
i reckon it's easier than advanced.
not sure why.
haven't exactly figured that out...

i have a friend in year 12 now doing those subjects
(minus 3u english. he's only doing advanced)
and he's doing pretty well in all of them.
... except chemistry.
aparently he's not doing too well...

the key is to be consistant and keep up with your work.
don't let yourself fall behind.
you do that, especially in maths, and you're pretty much gone.

i did ext 1 eng, ext 1 math, latin, chem, visual art...and its not hard at all - doesnt matter what subs u do if u are capable

You're so lucky that you get to do all three sciences. Our school Physics and Bio run at the same time, which sucks to us Science Nerds... Bridging course for Physics here I come [in 2008].

Those are considered the only 'hardcore' subjects? In fact, the difficulty of a subject is defined by the capability of the student(/s) undertaking the course.
