The question is cosxtanx+tanx=cosx+1, I don't know what to do. Thanks.
Also 6sinxcosx+3sinx=2cosx+1, it's the same type of question.

cosxtanx +tanx is not equal to cosx +1... try typing an arbitrary value in your calculator

Yep that's the question, if it's any help the answers are 45, 180 and 225 degrees for the first one and 120, 240, 19°28' and 160°32' for the second one.
