Split the inequality into two parts: $4x \leq 15$ and $15 \leq -9x$ . Now simplify those and graph the solution to both of those on a number line.

Make sure to sketch only the intersection of the solutions to the inequations in rand_althor's post, since they must hold simultaneously.

$The solutions to the individual inequations you should get are $x\leq \frac{15}{4}$ and $x\leq -\frac{5}{3}$. So sketch only the part where BOTH these are true, i.e. for final answer just sketch $x\leq -\frac{5}{3}$.$
