Hey i was wonderinh if someone could post the graph of y = - sinx i know what sinx looks liek but is there a diff in shap or where values go through or what i got a mind blank so... atm can anyone help me plz thanks :D

Yeah as ... said it's a reflection of y=sinx over the x axis.

What they mean is that -sinx is the same as sinx, but it is upside-down.

Basically you just do a sin 180°+x graph. Since sin x+180°=-sinx

so its just a normal sinx graph but continues to the left to the negative side ??

sinx graphs never end unless there is a specified domain. All that you have to do is to flip sinx around the x-axis. If its hard to picture then draw sinx in the given domain and then flip it around from there to get -sinx

Draw sinx on a piece of paper. Put the paper on a desk. Walk around to the other side of the desk. What you see is now -sinx.

No, if you did that you'd still see sin(x)!

Instead, draw sin(x) on a piece of toilet paper. Now flip it over like turning the page of a book. What you see is -sin(x).
