Perhaps it wouldve been better if I had specified he was teachin me how to steer corners...rahter than just plain steering.

Good one. Yeah... but just to let you know it's not like in kids shows, where the road is straight but they keep moving the steering wheel side to side.

What steering is there to do, apart from corners?

- I know quite a few people who aren't 'allowed' to get their L's until they're like 18-20...
