I did read your post, but maybe you should read mine; i said that i didn't include them because i didn't know what those qualifications meant (i didn't dispute the fact that they were accountants).

Again, if i worked as an actuarial analyst for a few years (without getting my qualifications) then changed to trading, am i still an actuary?

Hey turtleface, what were you really aiming to get into at uni? It seems as if you missed the cut and ended up in accounting, and are now trying to justify it as a great career choice. I'm sure you find it great, and i'm sure its very important, however once was enough.
