If economic globalisation is inevitable, it should primarily serve humanity rather than the interests of trans-national corporations. I think the people of Bored of Studies will be very interested given the shit storm on social media like Facebook.

Globalisation is process through which individuals, organisations and governments become interconnected around the world. In the 1500s England, Spain, Portugal and France were building colonial empires around the world. Later the United States of America, Australia and New Zealand became colonies of England, with early settlers taking land from Indigenous people. For many years the United States of America has been the dominant world power. The US has used its economic power, mass media and technological infrastructure to export its culture, ideals, products and way of life to the world. This has given rise to notions of Americanisation of the world.

ROFL.

Globalisation should benefit the people. One may argue it has benefited and has also not benefited society.

Globalisation has given rise to availability of goods and services to those who would otherwise not receive them.

However, this has allowed for the change in behaviour of individuals into some forms of pop-culture, where the idols of many young children are complete idiots from Hollywood, thus a problem with globalisation.

Overall, globalisation is very good and works for humanity in terms of goods and services, but has led to bad trends and influences in human culture.

And Sylvy has been banned lol. I wonder what for?

Depends. At the moment Trans National Corporations. In some time, it might turn back like a boomerang.
