If we have to write a report on globalisation, what would we write about? The global factors for each topic

Differentiation
Customisation
Global pricing
Competitive positioning

HR:
idk if anything is really defined for globalisation per say. would be very iffy they did . maybe talk about outsourcing.

Operations:
Most likely ask how globalisation effects/impacts upon operations strategies. also talk about outsourcing as apart of that.

Finance:
Interest rates
Economic outlook
Exchange rates
Availability of funds
Methods of international payment ( important not to forget this) , hedging, derivatives etc

Can someone explain hedging and derivatives? They make 0 sense as standalone definitions.

pretty sure hedging is just making sure that you use the same currency for your transactions to avoid global market influences.
