Of course, none of us are able to properly deconstruct the report - not even you, because we aren't climatologists, so don't believe me... believe those who contributed to it and only with the threat of legal battle, got their names taken off, because they didn't agree with the findings of the report. Its models were incorrect. They were underestimated, and if you can't get it into your head why that doesn't detract from its legitimacy, then I really don't have the time to bash it in there.

So let's summarise alexbores' stance: we're meant to believe that the current rapid and sustained change in global temperature is just a result of 'natural cycles' (which normally occur over tens of thousands of years, not 100 years) and that the industrial revolution didn't happen (please pay no attention to the astonishing elevation of CO2 ppm in the atmosphere!).

Furthermore, all graphs like this one are clearly incorrect because they were created by scientists, rather than an independent and objective body like the ExxonMobil funded American Enterprise Institute.
