From the subject outline;
"To achieve an overall pass in Physiological Systems you will need to achieve a “component pass” in BOTH the Semester Exam AND the Final Exam.
(A “component pass” means achieving at least 50% of the available marks for any particular examination component)"

Same, I've spoken to a few people and we all have the same opinion. Too hard and Don Martin is the worst lecturer EVER. He teaches with pictures, teaches the bare basics and examines everything. His excuse: "I expect you to read the textbook". His lecture notes are all pictures! We haven't even gotten our assignment marks back yet from when we handed it in during the middle of semester I think? He hasn't finished marking the mid semester either! I swear if he can't be fucked teaching the subject with at least some effort he should step down because there are better people who will do a better job!sandz_2 said:

Yeah it sucks! There were 120 MCQ's. 120 extremely hard MCQ's some were okay but the rest were super hard, and like I said before, his the worse lecturer ever so I don't think its fair for him to give such extreme questions when his level of teaching is so bad.
I mean bad, imagine one of your worse lecturers, that don't seem to give a damn.. This lecturer is probably twice as bad.

CMS - I had a mind blank on a whole question..
I'm pretty much guaranteed a Distinction though.. was hoping for a HD (my high standards kick in once again).
And there was a big error in the paper too... wonder if there will be complaints lodged.
Time to do a bit of relaxing.. ABC is on the 23rd June.

Really hoping for a pass
Phew.....not the only one who found it really hard. Its really unfair, we should be taught on a level that is sufficient to pass the exam. The lecture notes don't help, some are even recycled from Med sci 2. Yeah, I wonder when we are going to get our marks back for the assignment or the written part of the midsemester.krayzie_ said:
