Germany:So what were the exact questions for Germany, Confict in Europe and the personality?
LOLOLOLOLOL!!!lit's not a significant dot point, doubt they'll focus an entire question on [consolidation of nazi power].
Man the BOS are so predictable, most predicted D-Day as well as Versailles for Germany. The personality questions were a gift - I thought they'd ask the impact of the person for part a.Germany:
"The impact of the treaty of Versailles on the Weimar Republic to 1929 was more significant than any other factor."
How accurate is this statement?
OR
Account for the initial consolidation of Nazi Power in 1933 - 1934
Personality:
a) Provide a detailed description of THREE significant events in the life of the personality you have studied.
b) Assess the contribution of the personality you have studied to their period of national and/or international history.
Conflict in Europe:
Assess the effectiveness of the League of Nations to the maintenance of peace in Europe to 1939
OR
Evaluate the significance of 'D' Day and the liberation of France in bringing about the end of the conflict in Europe by 1945.
You mean like, Hitlers architect, arms minister and writer? That would be fine so long as you included something on Nuremburg.For those who studied Albert Speer, I discussed his three careers as the three significant events. Would this be valid?
i used the fact that they didn't specifically indicate which ypres battle to say it has limited usefulness in the last questoin, because the picture looks like its the first battle ypres, and stalemate was not developed that time yet technically (stalemate was after the first battle of ypres) so how can historian study the tactics and strategies to break it?I was conflicted between the vegetation and the gas masks for that question.
It specifically stated that they were wearing goggles and gauze, NOT gas masks. Gas masks weren't developed until later, in the early days they just pissed on a cloth and stuck it owner their faces.
So I went with that, rather than vegetation.
And the fact they didn't say which Ypres battle is was annoyed me. Wasn't their 3 of them technically? How can we know for sure that specific picture was the 1st battle and not the 3rd? :/
I honestly wont know anymore, and I guess everybody is going to argue until we know for sure what one it was :/
I said:For those who studied Albert Speer, I discussed his three careers as the three significant events. Would this be valid?
I said they will never specify Treaty of Versailles for Germany somewhere on the forums the other dayLOLOLOLOLOL!!!l
Also I was surprised there was an 'Account for' question. Will I still have to provide a discussion?
I reakon this is probably the best way to lay it out for Speer.I said:
* Work as Armaments Minister
* Appointment as the First Architect of the Reich
* Nuremburg Trials
lol what was the third career?
Sure, as long as you make sure you referenced them as separate "events", rather than a biography.For those who studied Albert Speer, I discussed his three careers as the three significant events. Would this be valid?
i went:I said:
* Work as Armaments Minister
* Appointment as the First Architect of the Reich
* Nuremburg Trials
lol what was the third career?
He was the First Architect of the Third Reich before he was Armaments Minster.I said:
* Work as Armaments Minister
* Appointment as the First Architect of the Reich
* Nuremburg Trials
lol what was the third career?
