nahh you had to start off saying that 0<Q<2pi and then sub in the value for Q that you found in part (i) and rearrange by splitting up the inequality and solving, then bringing it back together

Does anyone know the ratio of the volume of the cylinder to the volume to the paraboloid?

No it wasn't....... it was a geometric series not limiting sum, answer came out to be around 23.98

i got pi h^3 / 3 coz u had to intergrate c^2
Huh? why? What do you think i did wrong? i found the volume about the y axis. so V= (pi) integral of (x^2) dy. But y=x^2 sooo...
Therefore, integral of (y)dy from 0 to h. Therefore, = (pi)(Y^2)/2.. now i subbed in limits: (pi)(h^2)/2.. where did the 'c' come from?

Thats what I thought, because it was a definite integral!
