^ Exemplary example of a G-Unit lad. I didn't realise that General Mathematics did not make you any better than people doing General Mathematics.

I do 4 unit, what's up?

How did you guys find Bizo's?
please a simple mistake.. you take yourself way too seriously, nobody wants to know what your future plans are next year, or your goals. unlike you i have a life and don't have to attempt to impress everyone by stating a shitload of 'hard' subjects and an atar aim of 99.7+...

so mature..

for the financial outcome my working was:

4/12 x 12 + 6/12 x 0 - 2/12 x 3 - 5= -0.50

i think from everyone else's answers for this i may have got this wrong :( wahhh

actually no, i think im right, there's a question just like this from 2010, and i looked at the working out and i did the exact same thing, so hopefully its goood :D
It was a loss of $3, so the whole working out should be (4/12x12) + (2/12x-3) - 5, equaling an expected loss of $1.50 :)

dont worry too much neither did i, i saw my tutor straight after my exam and she marked the answers of mine and shes also a supervisor for the exam for merewhether high, and she told me not to worry too much about it because she said the amount of 'not attempted' booklets she got back from the questions was unbelieveable. and concidering i go to hunter valley grammar and apparently everyone said they wern't even close to finnishing made me feel a bit better.

16 is D according to somebody's Maths teachers (look in the MC Thread). But you may be right :)
I got D for 16, but I could be wrong :)

I had
i) Value of A was 10
ii)I'm unsure, but I said 8/72
iii) 72/6 =12 , therefore, 5 was my answer :)
Naw thank you! I got exactly the same but except for iii) I actually did 1/6 x 72.... basically the same thing but yeah thank you! :D

Also, what does it mean for those who actually attempted the paper, if others didnt bother attempting it? does that mean that the cutoff will be lower or..?

kiddo, you do know for 12 that you had to flip the equation on one side ( the right side) then cross multiple. Thus the answer was D.
kiddo, you only cross multiply if theres an "=" between the two fractions, in this case you inverse the first one annd then you go numerator*numerator/denominator*denominator so its 3x^2y*5/3*2y
the answer is A

Question 19 was really strange. i did it over like 4-5 times, the one that came up on my calculator with the closest answer, i put down.

Maybe it was the wording that confused everyone, I found it fairly straightforward.
