I just know that at g-forces greater than 5 g, humans will black out and eventually die. Its good to know, because you can then mention it in short responses and give your answer that extra little bit of detail.
I also second Hayzazz's advice. It would be good to know the simple effects like unconsciousness and death for short answer questions about the issues associated with safe re-entry, or even why a rocket is launched in stages.
Compared to everyone else, I was going more along the lines of:
1. If the human body is on the rocket, they must have their backs facing the Earth as the large amount of g-force is able to cause the eyeballs to leave its sockets (eye-popping effect)
2. Lack of blood circulation in the body.
Note: this is all in the account of the human body sitting in a rocket.
