Thant guys for the good suggestions but I didn't choose engi studies because our school is not suited to teach it

B. Psychology; B. Laws; B. Arts (Modern History) or B. Arts (Journalism.)

Or a combination of the above. At the moment i'm thinking B Psychology + B Laws.

No university preference.

I'm having a dilemma currently. I don't know whether to go for MBBS or Engineering. I want to do MBBS but it seems way too hard.

i'm sure many people are in the same situation of not knowing wat they should do, theres still plenty of time though...just do ur best in the HSC so u have as many choices available as possible

just do the course your interested in.

Yeah. Unless i get a UAI of 99+. Then i could choose either my desired engineering course or desired MBBS.

hey anyone have that link or know what are the most needed occupations in Australia or which diplomas are most needed eg. Dentists are needed the most etc..

and what would be a relevant degree to trading or becoming a stock broker

My future Plans are more basic than some of you smart people :p

Thats not to say that i'm not aiming high anyway

Im looking into doing Business/Law at Newcastle University

UAI = 91.45 for 2009

(Business HSC = 16th October)

hate to rain on everyones parade but 40% of people can't get 95-100 even if they deserve it because the HSC is based on rank.

311 in this poll want 95-100

When calculating the UAI each .05 = ~22 people. Therefore between 95-100 there are about 2200 spots. Yes, 40% of the people in this poll can get 95-100 if they have the marks.

edit: feel free to correct me on any mathematical errors lol.
