I don't know, I thought the letters were pretty interesting. I've only just started Frankenstein's story, but I could see connections with Walter and the monster which I thought was interesting.

Nearly died of boredom. Usually find english books enjoyable - this one; however, was a serious chore.

Really? It seems fairly interesting haha. Reading it now so that when I read it later the enjoyment won't be taken away by Mod A D:, although it's slow going

Get through the first few chapters and then it turns out be an alright novel...

It's actually really interesting, especially after you watch Blade Runner, as there are so many parallels between the texts. One you get about halfway through the novel, there is no way in the world that you can say it's "boring".
