actually i figured it out, as a general rule:swole.me ? lol does it rlly matter how much each food has...just put healthy food into ur diet hav 6 meals then look at the calorie total that swole.me shows :S........ and also swole.me can do taht, tell you how much calories is in each portion of rice, chicken breast etc
in every 1 gram of fat there are 9 calories
1 gram Protein = 4 calories
1 gram of carbs = 4 calories
and yes, if you want to be strict counting calories is useful.
