to be fair though, the difference between ruse success rate and nsb right now is looking pretty small. most beatable it's been in a few yrs i think. we'll see after the Ls lol.

also pre Ls, there's a lot more surprising rankings than ruse not gapping 2nd place as much as usual in success rate.
