and no, my tutor really can't speak english properly

Well all I am saying is things may improve, first week is stressful for everyone etc so maybe thats why people arent sociable.......or maybe the big java book has them freaked out ;P

I would personally give it another week before I made up my mind, anyway best of luck!

i just realised how i have a WHOLE STACK of work to do, and we haven't even started tutorials yet.
oh and i had a 9 o'clock lecture which i got up heaps late for... still managed to make the lecture except instead of it being 2 hours, he let us out after 45 minutes!

well apparently everyone from this certain college (i think st. andrews) have to wear that and carry a brick, in order to distinguish themselves, and in order so that each of them can recognise each other and stuff...so yeah.

man it was funny shit watching people's bricks get stolen... hahaha and the whole introducing your brick thing was hilarious, altho i usually remembered the brick's name and not the person's.

i felt sorry for some of the drews guys in my tutes tho, some of them werent having fun!
