Finance Major (1 Viewer)

I was thinking of doing a B Commerce with a major in finance and a submajor in business law, but was wondering about a few questions..

1. Does finance generally require a high level of maths? (eg. does it tend to involve higher levels of maths (3/4 unit), or more the application of formulae)
2. Do the major and submajor compliment each other? I was thinking if I did a submajor in business law, I would take units that relate to finance etc.

1. I think generally speaking no the maths required isn't hard, it's mostly formulas and spreadsheets
2. can't really help you with this question, all I will say is that I don't think there's really all that much in business law that relates to finance, but with that said I wouldn't necessarily say that it's useless
