Well, if we need any proof, we can look at how effective Socialist Utopias have been in the past. There is in fact a very large number of political scientists who acknowledge pure Communism and pure Socialism as failed theories, as they have shown to invariably fail if applied to a group any bigger than a small tribe with kinship ties.spyro14 said:I'm struggling to work out whether or not I support what you're saying.

Yes, I understand that concept. But do you understand that this is just not how people operate? Do you really think that nobody is going to take advantage of this situation? Every once-promising socialist/communist state has ended up with this happening. The principles between what you are suggesting and what happened in Stalin's Russia are basically identical.
