Get someone with the appropriate background to look at the way you are studying - maybe you are not doing it quite right. Have it diagnosed asap so you can remedy it. Studying 36 hrs a day may not be the best solution.

Okay thats good thanks :) I just need to know how to calm myself down. Because I'm pessimistic, its just what I am, I don't know how to change it and dealing with depression so its all not good. HSC is placing so much stress on me and I just get upset so much when I get my mark back and it doesn't show my effort. then theres someone next to me (usually my best friend) who's going on about "Oh I wish I did better," and she tops the year... My emotions go haywire... ><

Exactly the same situation, where an individual scores extremely high marks with "no study".
