I failed the half yearly, whilst coming 10th, the problem is my mark was really bad and 1st place is at like 91% -__-

Does this mean I'll get scaled downwards hard?

With my limited knowledge of scaling I would say yes because the gap between you and 1st is massive. Alternatively it might have just been a really hard test.
