Extension 2 English Scaling? (1 Viewer)

Hi guys so extension 2 is seriously stressing me out and I am really considering dropping it as I've heard people say that it won't make such a big difference to my ATAR anyways. So what's the deal with ext2 scaling? Will it help me out heaps in my ATAR?

It depends on how well you will do in it.

Do well and it will scale well. It's like anything really.

Stop wasting time worrying over scaling and just try your hardest in everything, it will pay off.

EDIT: And no 1-unit subject is just going to "help you out heaps" in your ATAR. If you're taking it just expecting your ATAR to jump by 5 then drop it - chances are you won't be bothered to put the time into a decent major work for 12 months if you're not at all passionate about it. Looking back on all of you worrying about scaling kinda shits me, just choose subjects you can do decently in and that's the best thing you can do for yourself.

Look, if you suck at the subject drop it. Although, personally I believe extension 2 would be amongst the easiest to do well in--> you write a story in a year, polish it up and what not.

But if it is stressing you, you may want to consider dropping.
