just outa interest... wat are the hardest/easiest 4 unit topics? ive started complex no's.. and im finding that OK.. nothing to bad...

so: hardest/easiest:

curve sketching
complex numbers
conics
polynomials
integration
volumes, or
mechanics

(this is more so for the 03's and before that have finished.. or the 04's that have gone ahead

hardest Q7 and 8 (random shit, mostly harder 3u, mechanics, poly)

curve sketching is hardest for me personally, but I guess it's generally considered easy.

Mechanics and conics are where the maths gets yucky

i didn't do anything... yet.

hey try finishing 4u by end of year11 then you study uni stuff in year 12... keep doing this so you accumulate as much knowledge as possible. the opportunity cost is alot of your social life and the gains is being called freak by your peers. you know its worth it. :uhhuh:

it just takes long for me, and my graph looks ugly.

same here, and because it looks funny, i lose marks . but i'm better at it now

i think mechanics/volumes/harder 3 are the worst topics. they need a good understanding of their applications and the way the maths is used...
