calculs mostly alright except for that physics question wtf kind of modelling question is that
algebra was mostly bs

oh and using the maclaurin series for e^3x to find the lim x->0 for that e^3x) - 1 - 3x / x^2
i had no idea how to do it so i used l'hopitals rule instead :d

when i did the 03 paper i thought hmmmmmm this is fukin hard
it can not getting any harder than this!

and so it happened
as usual i was wrong and am going to drop it if i don't get something between CR-D
which i'm pretty sure at the moment i won't!
so i will become an actuarial satistic

ACTL1001 today. difficulty was more or less on par with what i expected. slightly harder compared to 2003 paper, although the trend is that the papers have been getting harder every year. but in my opinion, not overly hard, as in impossible. for me, nothing really to bitch about, maybe except the macro pricing question

*hopes for 80 in ACTL1001

lawforever: i think the hardness is to discourage people (being sachi and all), and basically to filter out those *hmm how to say it... who lack the ability that is required for actuary... i know it sounds harsh, but not everyone can be an actuary..

haha almost ;)
i just messed up the last bit of it, i put the wrong equation (well close enuff to it, i shoved a cos and sin in there for some reason XD) thanks for the eigenvect notes last nite...

and the modelling question heh, i almost got it out, but i ran outta time, i realised how easy it was when there was only 2 minutes left so i didnt have time to finish it -_-
reminds me of HSC maths that question...
