i was born in poland....came here when i was 8...does that count..and ive been back twice....our mountains are good ..theres something soothing about going down to a country house and waking up to see the sun rise over moutains and forests...forests in Australia suck..Has anyone been to Lithuania, Poland or the Czech Republic?
you can buy at systembolaget when you are 20 but at pubs when you are 18, however some pubs/bars don't allow people of a certain age group. for example you have to be over a certain age, and if that wasn't enough sometimes they make a difference between males and females, eg. males over 25 and females over 23 allowed.Peartie said:I know i said drinking age was 18 in Sweden but whilst i was over there i got the impression it might have been 20...didnt actually go to buy any drinks because we werent sure and we were all pretty sick neways.....still a nice place to visit

i agree, there are a lot of things to see and experience in the UK but i have to say that the weather is so bad that i could consider not going just because of it. i know it may sound a bit silly but last time i was there it rained everyday but one.Casmira said:i went to greece for 3 months and absoloutley love it there, i feel so much more when im at home its a shame i had to give up my citizenship there to move here ... otherwise in terms of europe I went to england which has a really big airport, very cold and sandwhich shops everywhere argh
