Hey there.
I'm currently prelim though doing accelerated maths, and just wanted a guide to about where I need to be to achieve an atar aim of 95.

School is ranked ~200
So hypothetically, if these were HSC year results,

My ranks are:
10/60 2U- 40% assessed
3/30 physics- 25% assessed
3/12 chemistry- 30% assessed
3/25 economics- 25% assessed
10/60 English advanced- 25% assessed
1/60 SOR1- 20% assessed

I know I can definitely improve my chemistry rank and aim to get to 2nd for physics (guy coming first is crazy), and I also aim to improve English a few places (top 8)- got 12/15 first assessment. I also hope to improve maths to top 5 (did bad in half yearlies which pulled me down from forth :/ )

if you know your school you can accurate determine it using the topscores.info and find out whether you will get band 6
