You need to take into account that last year was literally THE DUMBEST YEAR TO GO THROUGH MY SCHOOL. This year is really good.

2008 school rank - 502
Ranks before 08 - lying around 280 - 300.

Ranks:
Ancient History - 3/45
Biology - 3/29
Maths - 3/73
Food technology - 2/43
English adv. - 12/42

English sucks, I really hate that subject.
