i dont think you would need to have a set number of minutes for each text.
use your prescribed text to represent your speeches ideas and then use the supporting texts to do exactly that, support those ideas you have displayed.

usually there is a time limit already designated to your assessment. introduction and conclusion should be minimal too.

does the prescribed text and related texts have to be the same amount of info?
ie prescribed t. =2 ideas on AOS
related t.1 =2 ideas on AOS
related t. 2=2 ideas on AOS

which will leave like intro (30s) , body (5min) and con (30s)

Time limit is 6 min.
