Okay just to clarify, if i changed the pressure the equilibrium will shift to the least amount of moles right. That would increase the concentration of one side and decrease the other side of the reaction?

Also
would concentration change when the temp is changed aswell?

Yes it moves to the side with less moles. This causes the amount of stuff to increase at the side its moved to

Increasing temperature favours the endothermic reaction, increasing the amount of stuff on the side it moves it. Decreasing does the opposite

Just to provide further clarification, it moves to the side with the least number of moles of GAS. If it's a combination of solids and liquids and gases, then neither solids nor liquids will add to the overall pressure of the reaction.

You need to be a bit more specific. Pressure can be changed in two ways - it can be increased or decreased. In the production of ammonia from nitrogen and hydrogen (N2 + 3H2 = 2NH3), an increase in pressure will cause equilibrium to shift so that more ammonia is in the equilibrium mixture. This is Le Chatelier's Principle.
