you can bs shit like for eg If Australia wants to pursue further economic growth, it would reallocate more resources to the mining industry (since it has a comparative advantage in this industry)...... but by doing so, there are detrimental environmental consequences. Including...... _______________ (something) - Also known as negative externalities

or establishing a new factory somewhere ->pollution

Argue about the oppourtunity cost of the preservation of the environment. High govt regulation can slow industry, while a govt tax (like the ETS) could potentially contract the economy etc.

Better example is forestry and fishing industries.
perhaps, but within the current economic climate; it'd be necessary to mention the mining industry

imo, also handy to specify the ETS and it's withdrawal from the Budget to instead pursue the objective of fiscal consolidation/balance

I was more thinking in terms of sustainable use of those industries = preservation of economic development thereof
