I think you would have to outline the roles anmd importance of first aid, ohs and safety practises of individaul crew members and their role in making sure every crew member and patron of an event are aware of their rights and responsbiblites as a crew member regarding saftey of others.

You'd talk about risk management in relation to each of the different sectors, like Lights, Sound, Staging. First Aid training is particualrly importance for Stage Managers, and Head Operators.
