No, not at UTS. Unless you're enrolling at IT, Law or Engineering, because they have camps.

if you pull out of the course before the semester begins yes you are able to get a full refund on all payments...with no pentalty
however... if you decide to leave the university... after the start of semester, they may incure a fee of a sort
why don't you try and log an application to uts? (i was looking in the news paper)
otherwise... try doing a transfer.. after one year at uws... pending how well you do in your first year there

what i realli like about the uts course is that it has 2 semesters of industry experience.
