Yea paper 1 is all put together and they have no idea if its a standard or advanced student (Although I would assume they would be able to tell someone who is doing EE1 or EE2 cause they can probably write better) so there's no room for discrimination.
And obviously for paper 2 only the advanced students doing the same prescribed texts go to one marker and the others to anther, same with standard
