I think my assessment mark was like 60 something for English, ranked 79/119 in a good school - Oatley Campus.

well luckily for you.. you can get 0 in english and still get >80 UAI!

From my understanding, u have to pass english to get a uai, ie get a mark about 50 in english.

oatley is an alright school.
they came 204th last year but this year i dont know.

but i do know that my school we were 194th last year but now 167th this year. and my marks were around the 60s mark for english and i got 78 as my assessment mark.
