Are you in year 10 or 11? Year 10 is simple, lick iRuler said. Year 11 the best you can do is to:

a) talk to your teacher.
b) try doing an Area of Study paper? iunno. Didn't study much in year 11 :p

You should study the techniques, quotes from your texts :D
Cuz different school uses different texts, so it would be the best if you make your own notes. ^_^

Be more specific, I recently had my half yearlies and did quite well in English, a lot of my notes are typed so if you tell me what texts your studying I can probably help you.

1. Welcome '12s to BoS.
2. Your question is too vague, specify which notes you are after.
3. You should of prepared your own notes earlier if it was for an essay.
4. Might be time for you to study techniques and apply them during the short answers and essay writing.
5. Good luck, if all fails do what slyhunter suggested and "wing it."

Attachment to Literary techniques/devices underneath post.
